1. What the Service is

ComplianceDesk.ie provides AI-assisted compliance document generation and deadline tracking tools for Irish businesses. The Service is provided for informational and administrative assistance purposes only. Nothing produced by the Service constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice. You should verify all generated documents with a qualified professional before relying on them.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be 18 or older to use the Service.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• All prices are in Euro and include VAT where applicable.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• We do not offer refunds on unused subscription periods unless required by Irish consumer law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service.
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, and its underlying technology are owned by us. Documents you generate using the Service are yours. We do not claim ownership over content you input or output.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that generated documents are accurate, complete, or fit for any specific legal purpose. AI-generated content may contain errors. Always review documents before submission to any authority.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
